Photo Slideshows
A moving portfolio
My static headshot, waist and three quarter length portfolios contain images of a lot of different people. I have slideshows of individual models from most of those shoots. If someone has caught your eye you can see more images of that person right here. I’ll be revisiting my back catalogue for the initial slideshows, but more of my later work will be appearing here later on. Pop back and catch up in your own time.
Immogen
In contrast to Bou below, Immogen is a lovely English rose. I hadn’t met her before the shoot, but I was immediately struck by how easy she was to talk to. Immogen was a delight to work with, nothing was too much trouble and her appearance was immaculate with flawless make-up. I thought she must be a real people person and it turns out that she is. If you ever fly British Airways keep an eye open for her. She works for them as a flight attendant.
Bou Clette
Bou is very, very French. She was so wonderfully expressive on this shoot without the need for me to ask her. An intense stare, a shrug of the shoulders, a glance over her shoulders. It was all there, in bucket loads. I’m so glad I got the chance to work with her before she returned home and into what now seems to be semi-retirement. If she returns I will be towards the head of the queue to work with her again.
Ashleigh Rae
I normally limit myself to one model shoot per month. It gets me away from the work aspect of shooting client portraits and allows me to relax a little. I can also experiment a bit. In March of 2023 I allowed myself the luxury of two model shoots in the month. The first was Ashleigh Rae, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lots of different looks and loads of expressions came from this shoot.
Lucia
Lucia Needham had been on my ‘want to work with’ list for a long time. The opportunity finally arose in January 2023. She was had a studio day in my favourite studio in Milton Keynes, so I booked a two hour slot. Here is the result of our work.
Claire
I worked with Claire back in February 2023. I think life was getting back to normal after Covid. It was lovely to be able to work again, as that bug took several established businesses under. Thankfully I survived and returned to my portait photography work.
